We go the extra mile to offer a "Like it or Get it FREE" guarantee! If you’re not satisfied for any of the following reasons, we’ll replace your item or give you a full refund:
- Faulty or damaged products
- Incorrect items (size, color, or customization)
- Lost or missing items
- The product is not as described by our descriptions.
No need to return anything! Your time and satisfaction are our priorities.
In addition to the previously mentioned conditions, certain factors may prevent you from receiving a full refund or replacement within 30 days:
- Changing your mind or no longer desiring the item.
- Intending to request a modification to the received item's size, color, or customization.
- Selecting an incorrect size, address, product, or custom information.
- The product sustaining damage due to improper use, mishandling, or insufficient maintenance.
Please be aware of these factors when considering refund or replacement requests.
Until this point of time, we have not been able to handle returns and exchanges because we do not hold stock and all items are made-to-order (They are custom made and printed just for you). Instead, if we send you the wrong order, kindly let us know as soon as possible so that we can send you a replacement or a full refund.
Conditions for Refund or Replacement:
- Late delivery or missing order: We would gladly resend or issue a full refund if you do not receive the items purchased after 45 days of placing your order.
- Damaged or defective items: We would offer a replacement or a full refund if you can submit your order's shipping label and a photo proof within 5 days of delivery shown by the tracking record.
Please note that we typically do not comply with requests for refunds or replacements for such errors as incorrect selection of sizes, designs, colors, or wrong shipping address given, etc. If you have problems with sizes, designs, colors or deliveries, kindly reach out to our Customer Service Center for personal assistance.

MODIFICATION & CANCELLATION
If you want to cancel or modify your order, please contact at Customer Service Center, and our support team will assist you right away.
Cancellations and modifications are only available within 5 hours of placing your order. After that time, the order is locked for processing and can no longer be canceled.
The production time is expanded by 1-2 days for modification orders.
DEFECTIVE ITEMS
Getting the wrong or defective shipment, please contact us at Customer Service Center.
We are willing to support your request.
LATE, MISSING, OR LOST PACKAGE
If your package is delayed, we’ll issue a refund or resend your order with Express Shipping at no extra cost.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If the refund has not yet shown up, we suggest recheck your bank account and contact your payment provider. There might be a slight delay before your refund is fully processed.
If you haven't received your refund after checking with your bank, please contact our Customer Service Center for personal assistance.
