Return Policy

At Hobberry, we understand that issues may occasionally arise with your purchase, and we strive to make the return process as convenient as possible. That's why we offer a "No Need to Return" policy for certain circumstances, which means you don't have to physically return the item to us.

Hobberry will send you A REPLACEMENT If our products have not meet your expectation regardless of any reasons. No question asked and no need to return either! We will treat this loss as our responsibility for your unsatisfactory shopping experience.

You don't even need to RETURN your items back to us, it will take your valuable time and money. Please we do not want it to happen to our customers. Just provide detailed information and photos of the items you received to let us resolve your problem.

Please contact our Customer Service for personal assistance before you make any decision. We will NOT take any responsibility for any return package without confirmation letter or notice from us.

Refunds (if applicable)

If an item shows up significantly different from its description, customer must provide photographs of the poor-quality print or damaged area and contact us within 7 days after receiving it via support@hobberry.com. Once we have reviewed this information, a refund will be made based on the evidence provided by the customer.

If a package is returned to sender by the shipping courier due to wrong Address Information provided by customers or Missed Delivery Attempts by couriers, we will NOT be responsible for reimbursement, refund or re-sending the package.

Any loss of products due to the security of customers’ living areas (as long as shipping carriers confirm that the order is delivered) will NOT be eligible for return and refund. We will NOT refund in case you REFUSE to receive it either.

Shipping fee will NOT be refundable once items have been shipped.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@hobberry.com.

Replacement (if applicable)

We stand behind the quality of our products and guarantee our workmanship 100%. Any defects or errors on our part will result in a replacement at no charge. We typically do not accept returns, refunds or replacements due to customer errors such as incorrect selection of sizes, designs, colors, etc.

FAQs

1. How do I change or cancel my order?

Change and Cancellation requests are only allowed within 6 hours from the time that the order was placed. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to modify or cancel your order. Make sure to provide your order number and the modification you would like to make and we’ll confirm once the modification has been made. After 6 hours have elapsed, no order modifications are allowed.

2. Can I get a refund if I'm not completely satisfied with my purchase or simply don't want it anymore?

If your problems come from the quality of our products, as long as it is within 30 days of the date on your invoice.

3. How long does it take for me to receive my refund credit to my original payment method?

It takes approximately 5-7 business days to process the credit refund to your original payment method after it has been received and after an inspection period of up to 3 days from the date of receipt by Hobberry.

4. What are the exceptions that might prevent me from getting a full refund? 

  • If your request for a refund is after 30 days of delivery tracking
  • The problems are caused by giving the wrong shipping address, putting the wrong custom information such as custom name, hair color, or the size you ordered is not fitted.
  • The order was sent with exactly the information and items on order.

5. How do I prepare my shipment for return?

You don't need to RETURN your items to us since it will take your valuable time and money, and we do not want it to happen to our customers. Just provide detailed information and photos of the items you received to let us resolve your problem.

6. Can I exchange my item(s)?

All Hobberry products are custom-made. If you would like to exchange an item for another size or a different design, please help us to cover the resend fee. The resend fee depends on the product(s) you purchase.
