At Hobberry, our items are tailored to your order, meaning they're crafted once you've placed an order. This approach allows for personalized touches and offers our customers an extensive array of design choices.
Please note that Delivery Time = Production Time + Process Time + Shipping Time.
We have our fulfillment centers located both in the US and overseas to keep the best pricing for customers. Therefore, processing and shipping time vary among product types.
- Processing Time: All orders are processed within 3 – 5 business days. It takes 1 – 2 business days to ship your order from our warehouse to logistics companies.
- Shipping Time: You will receive your order from 7 – 12 business days (depends on the destination) from the date that it is shipped out, not the date when the order is placed.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email. - Shipping Cost:
- Standard Shipping: starting from $5.99.
- Expedited Shipping: starting from $9.99.
- Express Shipping: starting from $24.99.
- FREE SHIPPING for ALL ORDERS OVER $150.

- For personalized products, kindly allow us an extra amount of 2 - 3 business days excluding processing time to work on the design.

Tracking
Once your order has left our warehouse you will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number. Orders may ship in multiple packages.
Please note:
- More than 97% of packages will arrive on schedule. However, there are occasional instances where a delay in delivery time is caused by severe weather conditions, foreign customs, or an incorrect address. Do not hesitate to contact us if you find yourself in this situation.
- Send your request to the Customer Service Center if you'd like express shipping.
- For modification orders, the production time is expanded 1-2 days.
- For orders delivered at the PO box, please include the zip code plus 4 or 5-digit in your order shipping address.
- A tracking will be emailed to your email when your order is prepared to be dispatched so you can track it all the way to your house.

Please ensure all delivery information is correct. If there is incorrect or missing information, we may be required to contact you for an update on the delivery information, which can cause delays in delivering your order. Delays may also occur as a result of customs clearance.

Please fill in your address in all details, otherwise, the package we mail to you will be returned to us.
Most packages (97%) arrive on time. Orders sometimes show up after the estimated delivery date, possible reasons for late delivery include the following:
- Incorrect address
- Missing apartment, building, floor, or unit number
- Severe weather conditions
- International customs procedures
If you did not receive your package as promptly as our website stated, we will give RESEND OR REFUND per your asking. Please email us at support@hobberry.com and we’ll make it right!
Important: The national carriers will use regional carriers to deliver your package when the package arrives at the destination country. When this happens, please contact them or us to get accurate information about your shipment.
Return & Exchange Policy:
Currently there is NO return policy for change of mind or errors you made in your order. We only accept returns or exchanges for the item you purchased is defective within 30 days of the date of delivery. (Please check our Return & Exchange Policy).
