Where’s my order?

Your order goes through the following steps once it has been placed. You will receive 3 emails: Order Confirmation, Shipment Confirmation and Delivery Status Notification.

1. Order Confirmation  2. Shipment Confirmation  3. Order Delivered

How long does it take to receive my order, and how much will it cost to ship?

  • Processing Time: All orders are processed within 3 – 5 business days. It takes 1 – 3 business days to ship your order from our warehouse to logistics companies.
  • Shipping Time: You will receive your order from 7 – 15 business days (depends on the destination) from the date that it is shipped out, not the date when the order is placed.
    If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
  • Shipping Cost:
    • Standard shipping: $5.99.
    • FREE SHIPPING for ALL ORDERS OVER $60

Tracking

Once your order has left our warehouse you will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number. Orders may ship in multiple packages. 

Return & Exchange Policy:

Currently there is NO return policy for change of mind or errors you made in your order. We only accept returns or exchanges for the item you purchased is defective within 30 days of the date of delivery. (Please check our Return & Exchange Policy).
